the diner is run by eccentric, old people that try to act like their in some kind of desert "click". they are argumentative, smelly and have huge attitudes. after i had an incident and tried to resolve it through the manager, sue, i was told that i was the only person that they have ever had problems with, that she would have to ask the waitress "what really happened", and that they had always had problems with "you railroad people". it seems that they prefer to have guests that only stop in once a year on the way to vegas or elsewhere, eat, then leave a huge tip. where they won't have to worry about seeing a regular customer who might talk to them. the manager, sue, took the tip that i had left out of the tip jar and tossed it at me and told me not to ever come back again, then asked if i wanted to stay and eat my pizza. she said that she preferred if guests were quiet, didn't laugh too loud, didn't touch anything- just quietly wait at their table for the food to arrive- eat, then LEAVE. someone there even went to the trouble to call my employer because they get ammunition while you are there about where you work and said to my supervisor that i wasn't allowed on their property again, that i was loud, obnoxious, and that they had "tapes" of everything- as if i had committed murder- but they weren't concerned enough to call me by telephone when i notified an attorney. they have a "D" rating with the better business bureau which is next to the worst rating that you can get. lastly their pond is green, their beer is hot, the food is way overpriced, floor is always filthy, the waitresses chew and pop gum and seldom shower. i know of someone who was thrown out for laughing too loud. i have no proof but i have heard that their are rat pellets behind the tables in some of the dark corners. i wouldn't eat their if i was starving to death! .
