I recieved a bill for a vaccination my son recieved back in May. Called to discuss & was told to contact my insurance company. I did. Was given the correct billing information for pediatrics west and provided it to them. I was then told I was all set. They would re-bill the ins Co correctly. Apparently that did not happen. I recieved a letter a few days ago that my son would be released from the practice for non payment. Seriously $61.23 and my son will be released from your practice. My son has been a patient for almost 14 years. They have never not recieved payment. They should be embarrassed that their incompetent billing dept is offending long time patients. I have refereed several people to that practice. I will now be referring them elsewhere. Picking up my son's records and finding a more professional practice.
