My son had an accident on a merry-go-round on a weekend day and had to go to the emergency room. We were new to the area and Dr. Connor's name came up and we decided to take him there. We got an appointment for the next business day. Our son is autistic and Dr. Connor seemed welcoming and nice and so we took our daughter there as well. Then our problems started. Our son needed dental surgery and it took 3 months to get a surgical appointment. We told the office manager that we had 2 insurance agencies and to bill them both for the surgery. Still, she made us pay $1900 up front. She did not bill both insurance companies and now we are left trying to figure this out. She did not apologize or be any help to us at all after the fact. It has been 3 months since the surgery and the work done on our son is needing repair. I would not recommend this dentist. I am so disappointed in their professionalism.
