Excellent Experience 6/12/2007

My children were referred to the Pediatric Dentistry of Hamburg because one of my children is very fearful. My children had a great experience there. They had gameboys and tv's in back for them. It was great for my daughter to watch her sister get her cleaning so she knew what to expect. The staff was wonderful and was even playing with the kids afterwards. I have read the review below and can't believe we are talking about the same place. My kids had a wonderful time and I will recommend them to everyone. more

don't waste your time and money... 6/11/2007

pediatric dentistry of hamburg is some racket. the assistants are not actually hygienists and they do a very poor job of actually cleaning the children's teeth. they don't use any of the scraping instruments and they say the dentist will use them if needed. unfortunately, he only does large, obvious tartar junks, on most kids he doesn't scrape at all. but just check out your child's inside lower teeth afterwards and you'll be seriously upset that you wasted your money (or your insurance-paid visit). also, kids get overwhelmed because there's a large open room with four kids (other people's too) all being cleaned at once... yuck. finally, be prepared to wait, they weren't running on time. more

Awesome Place To Take Your Child 8/21/2005

My little girl went to them back in January, they are so friendly and helpful. When you walk in, its all about the kids. There a zillions of toys for them to play with and they write their name on the chalkboard for who is going to be there for the day. It makes the child feel right at home. Then when they go back, they have a little door for the child and a big door for the parent to walk through. When you get back in to the area where they do all the work, they have funny glasses for them to put on, a tv with cartoons for them to help them be more relax, its so nice, and the service is great!!!
