I was scarred to take my kids to the dentist because of past experiences, but when I brought my kids here, my anxiety went away. The staff was so friendly and it was easy to get my 2 year old to comply with them. They made had feel at eas when we were there. I recommend this place for anyone who had kids there awesome, love all the staff. more

Great kids Dentist 1/4/2009

My kids love Dr. Waggoner the staff is really nice to my kids. My youngest can be difficult sometimes but the staff has always managed to get him to do what they need him to do. My oldest son was scared when Dr Waggoner told him he had to take out his tooth. But somehow Dr Waggoner got him to feel safe and it the end my son loved it. The kids always look forward to the goodie bags at the end of the visits? Good job Dr Waggoner. more

Nice Place 2/13/2008

I have taken my daughter here and plan to continue. Great atmosphere and nice, fun, clean lobby. They know how to handle children very well there staff is nice and they take the time to make your child feel comfortable. Although at times it does take awhile to get an appointment but I just figured it was because they were a great place and everyone wants to visit them.(= The wait in the lobby is great usually its not too long if at all and the exam rooms are fun too with TVs on the roof and games while you wait. I thought that was fun it made my daughter actually want to go in and took her mind off of being scared. Good experience all around more

A special dentist for kids with special needs... 7/27/2005

Dr. Waggoner is always willing to see my children. Both of my sons have autism. My older son requires being put to sleep for all dental work which is no problem for Dr. Waggoner. My younger son needs slow coaxing and Dr. Waggoner is willing to accomodate. He also has a great partner Dr. Galea. more

  • Our office, as well as the The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) all recommend establishing a Dental Home for your child by one year of age. Children who have a dental home are more likely to receive appropriate preventive and routine oral health care. The Dental Home is intended to provide a place other than the Emergency Room for parents. You can make the first visit to the dentist enjoyable and positive. If old enough, your child should be informed of the visit and told that the dentist and their staff will explain all procedures and answer any questions. The less to-do concerning the visit, the better.
