I would give them 0 stars if I could.
We had been bringing our twins (3-years-old now) here since they were born. Level of care has plummeted in past year since COVID. Recently, twins had a fever plus a barking cough and hoarse/sore throat. We scheduled a car visit. The nurse insisted that they come out of the car one by one, which caused the twin left in the car to cry, and the nurse wanted to sit them in the bed of my pickup truck. I said no, so the nurse sat them on a wet concrete wall. She asked me if they had a fever for 5-6 weeks (not days, weeks), and I corrected her: it was under 72 hours and the fever had broken. Then she demanded a COVID test, which I refused without symptoms justifying it compared to more common illnesses like strep. She demanded it again, and when I refused again and asked for a strep test, she grudgingly performed that but then walked back inside without any diagnosis or follow up. We never spoke to a doctor. I put my kids back in the car and left.
We went to a local Urgent Care instead, they had a telemedical visit with a doctor who answered my questions, COVID and strep tests were performed, but we determined it was croup after learning they had been exposed to that. The Urgent Care doctor prescribed them prednisone, and all the COVID and strep tests came back negative (no surprise there).
Totally inappropriate exam environment (outdoors on wet parking lot concrete!!) for 3-year-olds sick with croup, the kids were on the verge of tears afterward, nurse was rude, and totally failed to offer any diagnosis. Go elsewhere.
