Do Not Go Here. The wait times are ridiculous. I started with this practice when they were small and it has changed so much over the years. I am switching. When I finally said something about the consistent long wait times, I was met with an attitude and excuses from Dr. Mahoney about how scheduling didn't change. It certainly has from the perspective of your customer and the key point is your office DOES schedule- its not an ER where you don't know what to expect. There are signs all over the waiting room about what you should not to (don't put the kids on the counter, don't interrupt the receptionist if we they are busy- just sign in.) Who in their right mind would stay at this practice or join. Seriously- go somewhere else for quality service.\r I referred several friends here over the year and posted how I was dissatisfied with them on my facebook page and everyone agreed there has been a huge change for the worse. So I will take my good insurance elsewhere where they actually focus on customer service. \r more
