Pediatric Care Ctr

My children have been going to them for 9 years now and I have NEVER had a bad experience. If I called them in the morning to say my son or daughter is sick can I get them in??? They always got them in to see the doctor..OK now, if I could give ten stars it would be to ROSE HART . My kids love her and she is the best!!!! she is not an in and out doctor. Mrs. Rose takes time with her patients and really wins over the hearts of children..I would tell anyone who has children that if you want a great place to take your kids when they are sick, just give them a call today\r \r Everyone in that office is great\r \r \r Pros: Great staff and great doctors. more

Of the pediatrician's offices that I have been to, this one goes out of their way to accomidate their patients. (and parents) I know many parents that are extremely happy with the caring and attention they receive at this office. Although you can not please everyone, I do believe that they try very hard to help everyone that they can. more

I just moved from Brandon. I have been trying all summer to get my son's shot records so that I can enter him in the 7th grade in my new city and have been unsuccesful so far. My son has had to miss the first week of school and we are now heading into the second week and I still do not have them. My new pediatrician has requested them several times with no response and I have called myself. Besides the fact that the lady I spoke to was rude and actually hung up on me I still have made no headway in getting my son's records. Over a week ago I was told that they have no record of my requests and that his records were in storage and it would be 3 to 5 business days before they could get them out. They still have not sent them yet and I am forced to just call again and hope for better this time. I aksed why they do not just enter his records into Florida Shots (an online data base that most doctors use that only other doctors have access to) and I was told that they do not participate in that program. My new peditrician would have had access to his records months ago and I would never had to deal with such issues if they would ""participate in that program"". more

all 4 of my kids have been going here for 8 years. All great doctors and the children really like them! Bilingual staff also. more
