I feel so comfortable taking my son to Pediatric Associates in Springfield. I am a first time mom and I have questions about everything. Whenever I call with questions, they are always patient and fully explain everything to me. They are also very quick in getting my son in to see the doctor. We have seen Dr. Hearty and Dr. Gravitt and they are both wonderful with my son. They both are very thorough and take their time in going over everything with us. It is a very welcoming environment! more

Dr. Gravitt, Dr. Hardy 3/11/2010

Good: I love their patience and kindness. Bad: The sick and well areas being together. Improvements: A separate room (with a door) for sick and well patients. Other: Dr. Gravitt is my son's doctor. He is wonderful and very helpful. I feel he really cares for my son and wants to do the right thing. Dr. Hardy actually saw me when I was a child and handled my son's circumcision. I do miss Dr. Snyder and wish he could have been my son's doctor, but they do still have some of their staff from when I was a child. I would recommend them to anyone!. more

Great with kids! 12/29/2005

We see Dr Hearty at this office, and we have also seen Dr Collins. I love the walk-in style clinic from 8-8:45 am Mon - Fri where you can take your sick child in without having to call to make an appointment. I also love that one of the Drs is available on weekend and holiday mornings. The telephone triage nurses are very professional and friendly and are prompt to return phone calls. The only thing I am not real crazy about is the receptionists. They are not friendly. Small price to pay for the exceptional care my kids get! more

Love this group! 9/11/2005

I have two children with chronic medical conditions. After trying MANY different doctors, this is the office we have stayed with. We did switch pediatricians within the group due to not agreeing with a particular doctor, but since then have loved it. This office is open 365 days a year, so they always have office hours for sick kiddos, even on weekends and holidays. When I call, the nurses know my kids and don't have to pull a chart to answer basic questions. These doctors have also always given me a referral to a specialist when I needed it rather than giving me a hard time about going somewhere else. Overall, I am very impressed with this group. more

To sum this all up in one word – AWFUL! I had the hardest time getting appointments. When I called because my kids were sick they gave me an appointment 2 weeks out because they jkust couldn’t squeeze me in. She did not and would not address my concerns and I felt like I was just taking up her time. I would NOT recommend her to anyone! more

Wonderful Pediatricians! 6/22/2005

The doctors at Pediatric Associates are wonderful! We have been taking our children here all of their lives and we could not be happier! They are professional, but still show compassion. All of the doctors are good with kids, which is a necessity in Pediatrics! It is easy to make an appointment and they are always available for emergencies too. Great place for all of your kids! more
