Firstly, pulled pork isn't a specialty of Peck's although they can and will do it well. Minced BBQ is the thing. There's a real difference between Eastern and Western (North Carolina) BBQ. Lexington is in between. That's where Peck comes from.\r

Minced BBQ is chopped fine, so the flavors of the dip can penetrate and create a fuller flavor sensation. There's a lot of vinegar, and then there's tomato and red pepper and sugar and other flavors than you just can't name. Yeah, maybe the service isn't five-star. You can get a quart of sweet tea for $1, a sandwich, fries and a drink for less than $5. (BTW, the tea is known locally to be the best and the fries are real potatoes, cut fresh every day...)\r
