Truly enjoy working with the guys at Pearson Infiniti! However, I am very upset the dealership is moving across town- One of the reasons I bought my car from them because they were so close to my home for service, etc.May have to start taking my car elsewhere for maintenance and service-not a happy customer. more

Excellent Service 5/31/2013

Have always received excellent service both mechanical (Auto) and personal (me) ensuring that I am not unaccommodated without personal transportation. Repairs have always been accomplished in a timely manner. Aside with a headlight problem which was never resolved; not for lack of trying, I have been very satisfied with the personnel and care given by auto.at here. more

My only complaint is that when scheduling service online, requesting a loaner car doesn't always mean that there's one guaranteed. If someone requests a loaner ahead of time, that earlier request should take priority over walk-ins who request loaners. more

No deal on service 2/25/2011

The new car store is great to deal with and offers very competitive pricing if you go in prepared with competing numbers.\r \r BUT the service business does not honor Infiniti Elite Maintenance Plans, so be prepared to pay full retail. more
