Originally, I had a less than happy experience with the service department at Pearson Honda.
My part wasn't received on time, then the wrong part was shipped - it was a set of circumstances that left me a little angry at first, but I realized that the problem didn't lie with the service department.
Once the correct part was received, I will say that the service department "bent over backwards" - especially the service director, Mr. Johnnie Willis, did everything possible to correct the situation and to make me a satisfied customer.
I think in todays world, we always question whether we're "getting our monies worth", well, I can say I believe I got great value for my money power and I left a very happy customer of Perason Honda's service department
