I was referred here by Oceanside human society for animals, They were right it was a good place and the price was great too, especially now these days where money in tight.

Always been terrific 12/10/2010

I have had my purebred dogs..some of them geriatric go to Dr. Pearson for 2 years now..treatment has ranged from major surgery to general medicine and they have always been terrific, caring..and sensitive to the animals and to me as well..a great experience from a VERY fussy client that has been in dogs for 30 years..You couldn't ask for more. more

Recently my family and I had an experience we wish would not have happened. Our dog was hit by a car and left on the side of the road and a good semaritan brought him in. Dr. Pearson took him in and got my ok to start giving him fluids and medication. We were able to come a few hours later to see him and we are so thankful for all the help he received. He is home now but we know that he wo0uldn't be here without the medical help he received. Thank you, thank you. more

Her prices were great; $100 puppy package that included all vaccines, exams and 2 fecal exams for 1 year and only $75 to Neuter him more

Great Treatment 11/1/2010

Good News 10/28/2010

I recently came in with my dog that had been throwing up for a few days. It turned out that my dog had some grass stuck in her throat. Dr. Pearson was wonderful and found the blade of grass. I was so impressed with Dr Pearson and she also told me if I had any problems to call her. I highly recommend this hospital to everyone and am so happy with the service that was provided. Dr Pearson and her staff treat you like family and made me feel comfortable leaving my dog there. EVERYONE NEEDS TO GO TO THIS HOSPITAL they do treat you like family. more

i'm grateful 10/26/2010

pearsons is the lowest cost clinic in the area making it possible for people like me to be able to enjoy a family pet which brings me to why i was going to write a review in the first place... i can't thank dr pearson enough for saving my cat, saint. he couldn't urinate due to a blockage and was at risk for his bladder rupturing. my prior vet couldn't fix saint for less than 1500 dollars. dr pearson was able to save him at a fraction of that cost. he's purring as we speak and is as happy as can be. i'm grateful to have found a such caring vet with such reasonable costs. more

Thanks 10/3/2010

My dogs have been patients of Dr. Pearson's for years and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. I recently brought in my dog for some issues with his leg and thanks to Dr Pearson we have discovered that his limp is from arthritis. We were afraid that it might be something bad but can't thank Dr. pearson for helping us get to a diagnosis. I can not say enough good things about this hospital, the staff welcomes walk ins and my dogs enter wagging there tails and leave wagging there tails. To me they love it there. Just wanted to say thank you very much for neutering ""OSO"" and for the antibiotics and rabies shot, I cannot tell you how much this means to me to be able to have a vet work with me on keeping the cost down for the animals that i bring in to you. if it wasn't for you i wouldn't be able to help half as many of the animals that i have come across. Just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate you and your staff. I think ""OSO"" found a home in Julian California on 85 acres. Thank again. more

Is every single customer of this hospital running to the computer to post as soon as they leave her office? There are a LOT of reviews. And they all seem to share a struggle with commanding basic writing skills. Strange, huh? Keep looking. You'll find the real reviews soon enough. more

So glad she is my Vet! 9/10/2010

I have been going to Dr Pearson for a few years and I am so glad she is my vet. My dogs adore her and if you ever need help after hours she is available. Not too many vets offer that. It is a blessing to have that in your back pocket. I have had to call her a few times and she is always ready and willing to help. Thank you Dr. Pearson, I recommend this vet very much. more

Pearson is the one to see! 9/3/2010

THIS LADY IS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!!!!! She is hands down the best animal doctor I've ever met! My cat needed to be seen right away for a swollen ear; and we didn't have very much money at all to spare. But Dr. Pearson told me to bring her in, despite my lack of funds. She saw my cat and prescribed some antibiotics for her- all for under $50! I personally don't know of any other vet that would even consider doing all of that for such little money. If you ever need a vet for anything, then Dr. Pearson is the one to see! Thank you so much, Dr. Pearson! <3 more

quick but does a through job 9/2/2010

This vet location is a good vet. They do high volume which can cause some issue and Dr. Pearson can move quick but does a through job if something is wrong.. Dr. Pearson has seen many of our dogs and cat. I personally know that Dr. Pearson saved 3 of our dogs's life in true emergency. She also helped a cat that need major surgery. For the cat, she quote a total price and she was about $50 more than the quote. The price was fine. I known how much we paid at a different vet before several years ago and Dr. Pearson was lower. more

She has literally saved the lives of my animals 9/2/2010

Dr. Pearson is awesome. She has literally saved the lives of my animals and all at a reasonable fee. She also works with local rescue groups which basically means she is donating her time, service and expertise to homeless animals. I have used her for 6 years now and will continue to bring all 5 of my animals to her. more

really has a hands on with her patients 9/1/2010

Recently my little shihtzu has been very ill and required to be hospitalized. I was worried about leaving her in the hospital (like any mom). Dr. Pearson and her staff gave me the reasurrance that she would be well taken care of. She was kept in the hospital for 2 days and Dr. Pearson personnally called me 3 times a day to give me an update. We recently recieved a call from Dr. Pearson checking up on Muffin. This was an unexpected call but we appriciated it. Dr. Pearson really has a hands on with her patients. Thank you so much from Muffin and her mom. more
