Pearlridge Printers

I usually don't give bad reviews but in this instance I feel I must. I've taken several print jobs to this establishment and I have to say I will bring no more. The quality just isn't up to standard and most disappointing of all is the way I have been treated. The lady who takes in the work is unbelievably rude and down right nasty. How the owner can allow this person to work there is beyond me. The experience is so negative that I would rather just pay more and go to a kinkos. more

I've used Pearlridge Printing for coupons and menus and so far, they have done a GREAT job on both. Cheaper than Kinkos, and they're great to work with. Also, you get the satisfaction of working with a local ""Mom and Pop"" business vs a chain. Also, I think the other review was a little harsh. I mean, who gets wedding invites printed at a copy house? Pay the extra buck and get something really nice for an occasion like that from a specialty printer. Also, ALWAYS ask to see samples or a portfolio when running expensive jobs like elaborate invites, etc. I'm speaking as a graphic designer with 15 years experience. Horrible experience. They performed a simple printing job for my friend?s wedding invitations. At least ten of the invitations were bent in two places. Many of the invitations weren?t cut straight and the paper wasn?t even completely cut off the sides. \r \r When we asked about getting a refund they were extremely rude and obnoxious. Then they finally agreed to a refund and after two weeks of no response we called them to find out what is going on. Now they claim the paper was done perfectly and we can?t get a refund.
