I have had three children go through this preschool and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff love the children and provide a variety of learning activities. Before I thought that preschool just added more time in school that was not needed; however I now know that without the A-Beka teachings given early on that my children would not be doing as well as they are now. I have one more that will follow in their footsteps through Peanuts Palace! more

My child has experienced a vaiety of hands on learning activities. I like the fact that 4 and 5 year olds have access to a gymnaisum and the prices are so affordable with both preschool classes and daycare being offered. more

I had the privilege of sending both of my daughters and later my grandchildren to Peanuts Palace Day Care & Preschool. I was able to go to work with peace of mind that they were in a loving, caring environment. The curriulum also prepared them for Kindergarten. Most of the children that attend peanuts palace until age 5 leave with a great foundation for Reading and social skills needed to be successful in Kindergarten. more

Great program 10/20/2010

I have 2 children, and my youngest attends Peanuts Palace, my Oldet attends EDCS. Both facilities are highly recommended. I feel that my child is being structured in a positive mannor. She is doing very well with the preschool papers and lessons. She enjoys attending the school, and generally looks forward to it. I think the ladies that work there are firm with the children, but are loving towards them as well. \r I did not have my oldest attend Peanuts Palace before he started Kindergarden, and i wish i would have. My daughter will have and advantage of knowing the structure of a classroom before she starts school next year. This will help her be prepared to learn. more

Our 3rd Child at Peanut Palace & It is the Lord's "House & Lesson" 11/9/2008

We have sent two of our children through Peanut Palace and like all daycare centers we have had a few problems. We now have our last child currently there and all three children LOVED IT!. The staff have been great, very attentive to our concerns. If you take the time to get involved and know your child's teaching staff, trust in the lord and in the word. Your children will be ok and the care will not feel like such a troubled concern. They do have play time, they do have learning time. They are very accommodating to our family on every level. I know my child is happy every day and if not, the teacher can almost with 75% certainty tell me why not. That's all my husband and I ask for. It takes both Parent and Teacher to make a Happy Daycare Family!! more

Peanut Place is the Place to Be 11/6/2008

Don't allow my rating of Peanut Palace deter you from allowing your child or children the opportunity to be taken care of or be taught in an environment that is loving, well structured, and provides redirect disciplined. My low rating is due to the building. Yes, the Peanut Palace Daycare/Pre-school is held in an older home, but I am satisfied with the fact that it meets city code so my child is safe. I prefer a building infraction rather than a situation with the staff. When my oldest son's Montessori school was closing his teacher referred me to EDCS; her very words were, "this would be a great school for you and your sons." Before enrolling my son, I inquired throughout my work place if EDCS was known to anyone--all I received was rave reviews. When telling me about EDCS they didn't fail to mentioned how excellent the daycare/pre-school was next door and that it met the curriculum of EDCS for an easy transition. This was all I needed, a daycare/pre-school and school right nex more

This is not a daycare for ANY child! 8/27/2008

This daycare facility is terrible! The women who work there are sneaky and talk negatively to your child. They cannot handle any stress that comes with young children. So, unless your child is a puppet and sits there in their chair all day long, please do not put your child through this daycare. My three year old goes there now (only for 2 more days though) and I have heard and seen nothing but negative. Definitely not what you would expect out of a Christian ran organization. They do not inforce any possitive interation with your child. Simply a daycare for the children to get yelled at all day for not sitting still and being quiet. The building itself is actually an old house. It doesn't look clean and I'm finished wasting my money and my son's childhood on negative women. My son told me one of the "teachers" smacked his hand. I asked the director about this and she immediately became offensive and said that would never happen. She didn't even ask the "teacher" that was in question. more

Unhappy mom 1/31/2007

The daycare facility is substandard. The building is an old house converted in to a daycare. The 3yr old are on the main floor and the 4 yr old are in the basement. It still looks like a two bedroom house but with toys everywhere. It is "open play" all day long. I never see any structure or interaction with the children other than to discipline. My 3 yr old goes there (for now) and they constantly tell me she is terrible, uncontrollable, disruptive, etc but I never see this at home, church, youth group, gymnastics, etc. The ladies who work there are just "babysitters" not educational daycare providers. I would not recommend the daycare to anyone. more
