When moving into the apartment complex, the people were extremely friendly and helpful. The moving transition was painless, maitenance is always speedy. However, I am being charged a $5 parking fee-even though I have NO car. If I did have a car, the $5 parking fee doesn't even cover the parking spaces around my building. At least 90% of spaces are RESERVED parking, and for that you'd have to pay an ADDITIONAL $15/month. My heater has gone out 4 times in the entire month I've lived here. When I decided to get a roommate, she filled out the application and they didn't tell us until AFTER she paid the $46 application fee that it would cost nearly $1000 to upgrade from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. They say even though I've only lived there a month, it will cost them $2000 to turn it...which doesn't make much sense seeing as how either way, one apartment will be empty...I think I'd rather be making $900 off a two bedroom than $650 off a one bedroom each month.
