Peak Potential Therapy

We have been looking for a new agency to provide speech and ABA services for our son. We found out about their Open House and attended. They went all out & made us welcome, staff were helpful and fun with the kids as they had a bunch of activities organized from the bounce house to painting and complete train set. That's in addition to the Jungle Bob animal show and catered lunch which was so nice too. We completed our Client Registration on the spot and scheduled services. It will take months to go through the process to use insurance to start ABA, but we already got started with speech services - sooner than later! Miss Liz has been so patient with our son and reliably keeps appointments. We love that it is a clean and child-friendly place that he enjoys going to his speech appointments. Peak Potential provided ABA services for my son in our home for several months before I received a bill. When I asked to receive invoices monthly, Holly was extremely rude. I repeatedly asked Holly to send me the bills for the previous months. When she finally did, I noticed suspicious charges for materials that I never received. I questioned her about the charges, and she refused my phone calls and wouldn't respond to emails. She is impossible to get ahold of and is never actually in the office. Do not go to Peak Potential for services! It is a scam. The owner doesn't care about the client and only cares about making money. more
