Absolute worse customer service. My husband paid several co-payments for treatments and they ended up being overpayments. The company refused to refund the overpayment. The office manager and owner kept saying that we never received the information from your insurance when I had the medical claim details printed out in hand. Then she made up some other excuse about filing the wrong codes and then redoing them again 8 months later. Overpayment is overpayment. Either figure out how to medically bill correctly or don't run a medical clinic.
