I can only talk about my dr. 10/19/2011

I have been going to PTWC for almost four years. I have always seen Dr. McDaniels. I found this clinic when I was pregnant with my first child I was relatively young at only 24 and unmarried. Yes they gave me talks about safe sex and tested for STDs but this is what I feel a responsible ob/gyn should do for everyone he sees. This is a scary time we live in and too many things can be caught education is the best defense. I am now pregnant with my second daughter I am also married ( to both my childrens father) and I feel the treatment from all the staff has not been any better this time around just because I am late 20s and married they are just good people who seem to care no matter who you are. As for nurse midwives delivering the babies this is true unless there is a complication however they do make you have appointments with different midwives around the practice so you have a good chance of meeting who will deliver your baby. Additionally I will say this second time around I have had so concerning complications but my dr has been on top of every one and never once treated me as if I were a hypocondriact and I find that is very rare to find in any dr. Let alone an ob/ gyn. So in short if you want quality health care with staff and dr. Who really do seem to care about their patience this is the practice for you.... If you want to know the name of every staff member you come in contact with you might want to shop around. more

Excellent Service 7/18/2010

This is a GREAT OB/GYN. I was with another GYN with my first child which caused a lot of stress and caused me to have Hypertension. I switched to Peachtree Womens Clinic in Cumming and Alpharetta Office and the process was stress free.\r Everyone is so nice and friendly. Upon delivery time I had some complications but my doctor sit down beside me and gave me a sense of peace. Both me and my baby are healhty and happy. Two years later I am expecting my second child and I can not think of any other GYN to even consider going to. \r Regarding my past complications my same doctor who delivered my baby girl is taking pre cautionary actions to prevent the same complications from happening again. He truly care about us.\r My only con is that in the alpharetta office you have to register in another office before even going to the actual doctors office and they don't call to remind you of your appointment. \r Pros: Very fast and efficient Cons: You have to Register in a seperate office more

VERY HAPPY PATIENT 10/24/2009

This is the best OB/GYN office!! You could not ask for a better staff and doctors. They make you feel like part of the family. I trust them with all of my family members and we all are very happy. Pros: To many to type..... more

Poor Quality of Service 10/22/2009

Very unhappy with the quality of service offered by this group. Appointments are not kept on time scheduled, they attend to you an hour or more later than your scheduled appointment. Midwife performed delivery of baby, Dr. scheduled was not around, just another Dr. that showed up for 2 minutes and left. Physician never return your call because they claim they are too busy. This is one group you don't want to deal with. Cons: very Unprofessional more

Ridiculous Customer Service 10/17/2009

I don't believe I have enough space to discuss how unhappy I am with this place. I've had two condescending Dr. 's treat me like a whore, because I'm a 20 something female. Every visit I receive lectures about ""premature"" pregnancies and unsafe sex. (i.e. I had a Dr. say, ""I hope you aren't going to do anything crazy like get pregnant this summer."") I guess if you're 20-something and a female--you're automatically presumed to be a slut??? Then on top of that, I've had to call nurses before to handle perception refills and renewals and they were LESS than helpful. In fact, they were straight up rude to me and acted like it was such an inconvenience to them. Needless to say after 6 years of dealing with their fee-falling concern for customer care I won't be coming back. They aren't even worth 1 star Pros: ??????? Cons: Poor Customer Service more

Fantastic Practice 2/2/2009

If you are expecting a child, this practice is phenomenal. All of the doctors, midwives and nurses are good. They typically get expectant mothers in and out quickly. If you are looking for a regular OB, this is also a great practice, though sometimes the wait gets long if you are not pregnant.\r \r I highly recommend this practice and all of it's locations. I have used them for the last four years, through two pregnancies and births, and have not had a bad experience. more
