They have been working on my cameras for years. Always do a fantastic job, quick turn times, friendly staff. They know their stuff. Couldn't ask for better hands for my camera to be in. :) more

Horrible Service. Do not return your calls or reply to your emails. unfriendly staff. Just try to get rid of you even if luckily your phone gets picked up. It was a mistake to go there. more

I have had many things repaired at this company with nothing but great experiences. Couldn't ask for a more professional atmosphere. They treat everyone like family. Go and try them for yourself before taking someone elses opinion. more

CAVEAT EMPTOR 9/15/2010

I took a camera in to get it repaired and they swindled me. It's a shame that they would take advantage of customers like this. I never write reviews for anything but I was so furious and displeased with the service that I would hate for it to happen to anyone else. Apparently I am not the only one they have cheated (google them and you will find several reviews on a thread on flickr). Too bad I saw it after the fact. If I could give 0 or a negative amount of stars--I would! more

Amazing service! 10/24/2005

I sent my digital camera by mail from France for a repair estimate and was incredibly pleased with this company. While I opted not to have it repaired, but instead buy a new one, the quality of service was really on a level that is hard to find these days. more
