Anyone that reads these reviews stay away from this place. I had drainage issues and had peachtree install a sump pump. Well after the first one burned out I called them to tell them it no longer worked after the first rain. They sent out another crew (who spoke no english by the way) and replaced it. Then they send me a bill wanting more money for the first faulty pump. They blamed it on someone messing with it. Wrong Even I know not to mess with water and electricity. I finally got them to forget the bill after a month of trying to contact them. They ARE NOT customer friendly!! SO I end up doing it myself and spending even more of my own money to correct their mistakes. The electrician that helped me told me they had it hooked into my air conditioning unit and that is what burned out both the pumps. He stated it was lucky no one was killed just walking on the ground or my house had not burned down. Anyway I could go on, but be warned DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. Warning!! This company is extremely inconsistent with their policies and the owner is EXTREMELY unprofessional and not customer service oriented. First we were told there was a 90 day guarantee on their plants/trees. When we had a problem within that time period we dealt with the owner who had a horrible attitude. Their policy "changed" to a 90 day guarantee on plants/trees that "die" within that time frame.
