Peace Frog Carpet & Tile Cleaning

After reading Peace Frog's Angie's List reviews one evening, I made a reservation request using their online system and was called the following morning and offered a three hour window in which the technician could arrive on an afternoon later in the week. Due to schedule constraints, we could not commit to being home most of the afternoon during the week, so we were scheduled for 10 days out to permit a Saturday cleaning. The person who arrived to fulfill the order, Josh, was polite and listened carefully as we showed him our carpet issues. (Most resulting from a dog who was living in our house the previous summer. ) He warned that all stains might not come up, but that he would do his best. I am happy to report that all stains were successfully removed. He was in the house about two hours and fully cleaned all carpets as requested. He then walked through the house with us and told us what he had done and asked us to inspect. There was one spot that we discovered the day after the carpet dried. It had been under furniture that had been moved for the cleaning when we inspected, so none of us caught it in the initial inspection . I called Peace Frog and Josh was scheduled to return. Unfortunately, on the second scheduled date his previous job ran long, so he called and asked to come later or reschedule. We were unable to make the later appointment time work, but rescheduled. When Josh came to treat the spot missed, I asked if he had time to work on a new spot that we had introduced the week after the cleaning. He treated that spot as well and refused to let me pay him for that work, saying "That's just what we do." Everyone that I talked to at Peace Frog was pleasant and customer-oriented. I never had the sense that I was getting a bait and switch. While upselling was part of their customer service interaction, I never felt pressured-- additional services were presented on an iPad and I felt confident that although I declined additional services, the service I had initially ordered was being delivered in a quality manner. All in all, a fabulous experience! more

He came in, reviewed what I needed to be done and completed the carpet steaming in a timely manner. He cleaned up after himself, moved the furniture back where it should be putting plastic under the legs to protect the carpet and gave me instructions on when we could enter the rooms. Left us booties and a great mug! An overall good experience. more

We just moved into a home and the carpet was very dirty. The carpet was soiled with pet stains, coffee, wine, chocolate...you name it. Our technician, Jason, was awesome! He was able to remove most the stains and the place looks amazing now. The customer service from the first time I called until the time they finished cleaning was great. Everyone person I talked to was friendly and helpful. I will be using them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned. more

Contacted Peace Frog via Angie's List and the service provided was first=rate. Peace Frog contacted me a few days in advance via phone and email to confirm appointment time and were very punctual on the day of service. They cleaned 3 rooms and completed the job in approximately 2.5 hours and the berber carpet was very clean. Notified me of an paint stain in carpet that was uncleanable and were very courteous. They also cleaned a couple of tiles in the secondary bathroom as a demonstration of their tile-cleaning skills. I would definitely use their service again. more

Jason did a great job cleaning the carpets, he also recommended a scent which I jumped at having 5 dogs in the house. Looks great smells fresh and clean. That's why I keep coming back. =) more

Jason was outstanding. It was pouring rain and he still managed to get all the work done and kept the dirt and rain out. There had been two cats and a dog living in the house before and he worked tirelessly to get the hair out of the upholstery and carpets. Impressive company with a wide range of services. more

I rent a house and in this rental house I have pets. And sometimes my pets have accidents. Often times I am unaware of these accidents until my room smells like a kennel. I needed carpet cleaners. I chose Peace Frog based on all the wonderful reviews, and I am delighted to be able to add my own to that already long list. From scheduling to the actual appointment, and to the follow up correspondence, Peace Frog has cheerfully exceeded my highest expectations. Sarabeth was great with getting me scheduled with the services I needed, and when Josh arrived to do the work, he was on time, easy going, and went far beyond what I was expecting to ensure the best possible results. He wasn't in a hurry, and made it a point to do an incredibly thorough job. I was embarrassed about my icky carpet, and he put me at ease. When it was all done, I got a coffee mug with their awesome frog on it-- this may not be a big deal to many, but I have a thing for coffee mugs. I love them. So it was a super treat for me. I have already recommended them to several people with an exuberant endorsement. They will certainly be who I call next time. more

Michael cleaned three carpeted rooms in my house, two of which had deep stains. He did a stellar job getting them out in a timely manner while maintaining a courteous, friendly, and overall pleasant demeanor. They also seamlessly fixed a clothing iron burn mark in one of the carpets. It looks brand new. In all, with the deal I got on the combination clean and repair and the effective and friendly service, I highly recommend Peace Frog. more

I tried Peace Frog today for the first time and was very pleased. We had a minor household emergency, and the helpful Peace Frog staff managed to fit my little job into their schedule. My service technician Jason was a breath of fresh air! He offered sage insights and cheerfully answered my myriad questions. He was on-time, professional, and courteous.
