I just received a tax delinquency notice from the EDD for payroll taxes due in 2007! I switched to Paychex in 2008 when I discovered that Payroll Pro had been deducting taxes due to both the Federal and State government from my checking account but not paying them to the relevant tax collection agencies. BE CAREFUL! Cons: Failed to pay my payroll taxes more
