I have been a patient of Dr. Payne since he came out of dental college. He was extremely talented and a great dentist then. He has only gotten better through the years. Many times he has given of his time to go back and teach at the college. He always keeps up with the latest innovations and procedures. Aside from all of his technical expertise, he's one of the few dentists I've ever known that make a dental visit ""Payne-less."" He's always ready with a joke or a good story and your visit is over before you realize it.
