WOW- This company was not only very reasonable in price conpaired to other companies , but was also the friendlest. A lady by the name of Christy helped me through the whole way from a flooded kitchen to a brand new Eco-Friendly tankless. I got so much money back from the Gas Company and the IRS I think everybody should get one. My 15 year old son takes a 15 min shower and I still have hot water when I go to take a shower. I NEVER run out of hot water anymore. This a great company, I'm telling everybody I know about them. Laura. Pros: Very Fast Service more

Great Service & Clean Work! 4/1/2008

I already did recommend Payless to a friend. They were at my house within about 3 hours of my first notice to Service Magic on the Internet. The technician was just a touch abrupt with me, but seemed very knowledgeable. He also went the extra distance to find a technician in the area, with the type of water heater I wanted in his truck, got the appliance to my house and installed it right that evening. He didn't leave my house until about 7pm. I was grateful to have it installed so quickly and efficiently the same day. more
