Came from out of town and they cut my glasses while I waited so I wouldn't have to drive back over later to pick them up. Friendly people. Seem genuinely happy to do what they do ...

The frame quality is poor and filmsy. frames made are from display rack that everyone been touching. You can't order them new. They take a long time to be made. 2 weeks even ...

Came from out of town and they cut my glasses while I waited so I wouldn't have to drive back over later to pick them up. Friendly people. Seem genuinely happy to do what they do and it shows. Driving home with my new glasses was great. I didn't realize how badly I needed them until I could see so much better with them! Thinking I need to come back for sunglasses soon. more

I bought my Gotham glasses on Tuesday. They were ready Wednesday. I've already had compliments. They fit great. Look great. Service was great. Price was great. What more can you say. more

Wonderful value 5/10/2016

They accept my vision insurance with only $14 out of pocket. The other place I went to, their prices started at $285, which would mean $235 out of MY pocket. The frames we chose were very well made and I had then the very next day. Plus, I have a one year warranty on the frames at no charge, which I was paying $50 for a warranty at the last place I went. I can't be happier and I will be back. more

They take medicaid 5/2/2016

The place we went stopped taking Medicaid. A friend tole me about this place and how many glasses they have and she didn't lie. They have many more than where I went before and were nice they didn't even care we were Medicaid they were nice and good with kids. My kids love there glasses and the people nice so that's all that matters. more

MILITARY DISCOUNT! 4/12/2016

The lady with the Rapunzel hair was very nice. She assisted me with finding the right frame and was very funny which put me at ease. When I was ready to check out, she noticed my Military ID and discounted my ticket off the already LOW price! I didn't even have to ask for a discount! Even thanked me for my service! VERY friendly place. Easy to deal with. I'm a customer for life now. more

Never disappointed 3/30/2016

Got my first pair 7 years ago and they finally broke. Guess it was about time for me to get a new eye exam anyway. Brought my prescription back here and got my glasses the next day. I'm prolly good for another few years now. Always good service and lots to choose from. Very happy. more

Good service! 3/23/2016

I came in with my boyfriend who had lost his glasses. They had so many to choose from it was amazing. When he found what he wanted, they asked if we could wait 15 minutes and they made his glasses right then and there. This place is a small family business and they seem to really care about their customers. They were concerned my boyfriend did not have any glasses at all and went above and beyond to take care of him. Very friendly people and very good service. You will not be disappointed if you come here. more

Got my glasses in 15 minutes. I mean, I just sat there and the dude in the lab got to making them. Nice ladies behind counter, very funny, and everyone happy. That says a lot about a place I think. I didn't mind waiting cause everyone was so nice it felt like home. more

They take a long time to be made. 2 weeks even though the frame are right there. They are inconsiderate and unreasonable. Yes I ordered from them, so please avoid them. more
