This experience was over a year ago, but worthy of sharing. They were the most reasonably priced so I chose them. The problem came when they hydrojetted the pool and shot raw sewage back into my house through the downstairs shower drain. They were gone by the time I went down there and found out. Getting them to come back to clean it up was hours of frustration and yelling on the phone - they did not come back for many hours, after I had cleaned most of it up myself. The owner reluctantly came to see before he would authorize his crew to come back and actually stood in the bathroom and said ""Yeah, this is normal"". I'm not sure what he's used to, but raw sewage all over my bathroom is NOT normal for me. They wound up not having to clean anything because the crew showed up hours after the bossman made his appearance. They didn't even offer me a single dollar back for the inconvenience. If you pick this company, make sure you have lots of cleaning products on hand and nothing to do for the rest of the day. You might want to check your supply of blood pressure medication as well. more

These guys qoute you one price, change the story after they do the work. They told my wife she needed to pay $678 more than orginally qouted. She wrote them the check, then when I called said they wouldn't cash it, after I argued with them. This was a lie too, they cashed check before I put stop on it. Cons: Unethical business practices more

do not be fooled by the friendly voice. i feel the owner is scary and will intimidate you if you should question anything he does or charges, so if you do use do not be a female alone. Pros: you can spring clean your savings account due to unnecessary work. Cons: you will be verbally abuse if you question there work. more
