Payless Carpet

I had carpet , laminate and tile installed by Payless Carpet in May of 2011. The salesperson/decorator was extremely helpful ,she co-ordinated beautiful patterns and styles of flooring that has my house showing like a model home. The installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. All the work was done in a timely manner and according to schedule.After the work was completed the store manager Eli came to my house to check the quality of work and make sure I was completely satisfied...which I was. The best part of all is that their prices are affordable and believe me I searched every store in the Bay Area . I got quality products, great service and it didn't burn a whole in my pocketbook. I can't ask for more than that. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. more

If I could give this comapny a minus star I would! Don't go there! Run away! The manager, Eli, is completely irresponsible and has no customer service skills. They installed my carpet and I've had a couple of issues ( not the installation). I've called Eli probably 30 times and she keeps promising me to help anmd she NEVER does. She is terrible and she represents the company! She never returns my calls anad pawns off any issues to her assistant and says that she is responsible! Don't use them!!!!! Do some research first!
