My wife and I just used Payless Parking last recently... Left our car with them for 11 days. Not only was it fairly inexpensive to park, they washed our car and EVERYONE was over-the-top nice. I commented to my wife when we left the car how nice the guy that checked us in was, and how genuinely nice the driver was... And then when we picked the car up 11-days later late in the evening, my wife and I both commented about how professional and nice everyone was... Believe me, posting this is not something normally do - at least not for *airport parking*, but these guys really did a great job. There are a lot of companies out there that could take lessons from these guys at Payless Parking & Car Rental.\r more

This was our first time using Payless at Phila. Airport. Counter staff was very friendly, courteous & helpful at both dropoff & returnTony, our shuttle driver, was outstanding. He was very friendly, helpful with the luggage and is a really nice guy. Our car was clean & cleared of all snow (12-16"") and we were ready to go in a few minutes. Overall we were very pleased with our experience. more

Once you pull into the Payless Rental, you go inside and the staff is courteous, helpful, and clear. I was not aware that I would have to leave my key - they park the car and keep the key for the time you keep the car there.\r more

We parked there for a week while out of the country and would do so again. Staff and drivers were courteous and prompt. Only negative is that the lot is a bit out of the way and farther from the airport than some. But the price is right and our overall experience was positive.\r more

It's hard to believe that a long-term parking lot can offer service any different from anyone else - but Payless does. Close to the airport, prompt shuttle buses (both on leaving and arriving), car washed, well presented and polite staff, and reasonable price. Couldn't have been better. Will definitely use them next time I travel from Philly.\r more

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved having the car not only sitting there waiting for us when we got back, but also the fact that my very dirty car was now clean was very nice. The drive there for us was slightly further than other lots and we waited a tad longer at the airport than we have before, but also waited longer with another lot at one time.\r more

litle further from airport but very quick and good service. My flight was delayed and i got call from parking attendent to check on my status as soon as we land. They sent a car to pick me up before I even called them back after picking up my luggage. Was in and out of office in 2 min. \r more

Very fast service. It was easy to reserve onlne. They got us to the airport quickly and upon arriving back to Philly the van was quick to pick us up. Our truck was running and ready when wegot back to the parking lot so we couldbeat rush hour traffic. more

This was my first time using Payless and certainly will not be my last. They were very organized, friendly, and prompt. I only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle to pick me up from my return flight and the driver apologized for making me wait! I had to wait twice as long just to get through security!! If only the PHL airport staff were as conscientious. Overall I had a great experience and highly recommend. more

    When you arrive back in Philadelphia, just give us a call and a van is dispatched immediately to transport you back to our airport parking in Philadelphia. You will wait no longer than ten minutes for a shuttle to PHL parking to pick up your car. For an added fee, you can have your car delivered to the airport.


    We offer a frequent parking program allows you to save money. After every three visits you earn a free day of parking. In addition, we offer 10% discounts for AAA and AARP members.
