This is a small store run by a husband and wife with little to no common or retail sense. They have a 10% restocking fee that is not properly disclosed on the sales receipt even for hand held items that can be placed back on a shelf and that have no outside packaging. In addition, they charge the fee for the entire cost of the item - even if the final purchase is an exchange for a different part or size. My suggestion - if the part or item is available anywhere else - or on the internet - shop there - even if you live in Santa Monica. They clearly don't want repeat customers.
