I cannot believe a national company such as Paychex would treat their customers as if they didn't exist. I have had trouble processing our payrolls since the beginning of August, 2011, have talked to many, many of their reps including tech support and not one person can solve the problem we are having getting Paychex to provide the service we signed up for - getting our payroll processed in a reasonable amount of time and getting it processed correctly. Mayhaps they are too big for their britches and do not need another customer. I hate to switch service in the middle of a year because of the paperwork involved for 67 people but by not eliminating the problem I have no choice. It's either them or my sanity.
