I have been using Pawz & Clawz for many years and was satisfied until last week. I was greeted by a barking jumping huge dog, and was told ""that's too bad if it upsets your dog"" I requested that they do her promptly as she had been ill. She has a beautiful coat & I returned to find that they had shaved her whole body including her legs (she was NOT matted) A previous review stated that they were late, dogs not done as promised and have a bad attitude....its true.!! I will not be returning Kelly & Milton & I will tell all your clients about this episode. more

Best grooming in town. 7/14/2009

After going to so many grooming shops I finally found a place that actually cares for your dogs well-being. They show you how to brush out your dog correctly. And how often they should be brush beside that they do a wonderful job grooming. I'm a very satisfied customer. Pros: Your dog will look and smell good all the time. more

would not go back 3/23/2007

Dog was not groomed as asked for.Over charge,was above most prices in same local area..Wasn't clean at work areas and unfriendly service .Other customers were not satisfied with the prices and grooming.Dog was not ready on time as promised.We only went 2 times,and both times were not a good experience.Store was not opened as posted on door,meanwhile all the customers were waiting outside for the groomers to arrive.Our pet was there for many hours,and proberly without water.
