I have used Paws, Whiskers and Wags on a few occasions, as I work in rescue. Their service is professional and efficient, and their facility is nicely done, especially for a grieving pet parent.\r

I have found that their prices are significantly more than others in the area, and the difference is service doesn't support the price differences. \r

I am also disappointed with their follow-up. One of our foster pets died, and I received a letter that a donation was being made to a "local rescue group." I emailed and called to ask which rescue group, and if possible, could they donate to the ours, since the dog was a foster dog in our program. I never got a response to either the email or phone call. Likewise, when my own personal dog died, I asked them which group the donation went to, so I could acknowledge it, and again, never got a response. No rescue group I know has ever received a donation from them, so I am not entirely convinced that they actually make the donations.\r
