The most over priced Pet store in Palm Beach county is true. I was in to purchase a t-shirt for my 18 year old dog. The sizes are not right. I came back twice to get the next size-up only to find out they are all the same size no matter what was marked. The same lady said she can "order" me one that would fit. I waited from 2/16/11 to 3/01/11 to be called. I went in and what they had was the same size as the last time (4 visits now). The red haired lady was telling me NO REFUNDS. I said you did not provide me with the t-shirt you said you would. I said this is my 4th visit and you called to say it was in. If it was not the correct item you should of told me over the phone. I think they are unprofessional and unfriendly. I had the feeling they had many complants and were ready for an argument. I did NOT want an argument, I wanted my t-shirt for my old sick dog. I hate a merchant that tries to take advatange of it's customers.I try hard to support my Lake Worth businesses, this one makes more

I found this to be the most over priced Pet store in Palm Beach county. The frist time I shopped with them was almost a year ago. I went for flea and tick drops. They charged me 35.00 higer than the vet charges. So I swore I would never go back. I hate a merchant that tries to take advatange of it's customers. Time passed I needed Glucosamine for our older dog. I didn't want to run to pets mart and this place is just down the street. So I was in a postive mood and thought time had passed maybe they changed thier ways??? WONG!! They charged my $69.00 for the same stuff I buy for $40.00 at petsmart and that you can get online for $19.00. While I was waiting inline another woman was complaining because she had just discovered that she was being over charged for Flea and tick drops also. These women running this place are nothing more than modern day crooks. They are over charging left and right for everything. \r If you do want to shop there, be very carefull about were you step. There is so much stuff in the store you can hardly get down the isles. Could be there is so much there because it's so over priced no one is buying it. We need a Petsmart in downtown lake worth. I would recomend you buy all your pet items else were from merchants who are more fairly priced.
