Pawpurri For Pets Boutique, Daycare Grooming Salon

I used to bring my dog into PawPurri. I called to make an appointment and I was fit in and told they could have my dog done before I had to go to work. I could have waited but I'd rather get it done sooner. Here came the time for me to go to work and Sullivan wasn't ready. I came by to get him because they would be closed long before I got off of work. Suzanne, who was hysterical over the phone, told me I could not take my dog. My first problem. I told her I had to take him and he could be finished tomorrow. She said, again, that I could not take my dog. I was simply getting annoyed and just asked for my dog. Suddenly, she pushed through her employees, in tears, and grabbed my dog. She stood in front of me and told me AGAIN that I could not have my dog. I know that I was wrong when I raised my voice, but I had to go to work immediately and I did not have time to hassle with her over MY dog. Eventually, I just left with her wailing behind me. The only reason I have 2 stars is because the young guy and girl that worked there were very polite and were going to get my dog with no question. Very professional. As for the owner, she is very unprofessional, all-over-the-place, hysterical, and inappropriate. I'm very disappoint because a paying customer should NEVER be screamed at and told what to do with their dog. I've heard many people tell me she was a tad over-board, but it has definitely been confirmed. more

I am very skeptical about going to dog salons, i have never needed to go to a groomer before my mom always took care of out dogs. when i got my own i tried out about 4 different places. Pawpurri is awesome! very friendly and personable, she knows my dog and me, and i always just call the day before and she is always willing to fit me in. my dog always looks great and to my specifications, i am very happy i found a great place and she always has cute friendly dogs there who are at daycare. They love the attention of the customers more

At PawPurri... Jazz cannot wait to go inside and get pampered. I was taking her somewhere else and she was shaking when I took her to them. She looks so pretty when I come to pick her up now and is happy.....that is a good feeling when you leave your dog somewhere for a couple hours... we definitely found a great place for my dog to get treated nicely and look beautiful when they are done grooming her... I recommend PawPurri.. nice people, nice place! more

At PawPurri, the groomers are there 6 days a week, except Sunday. That helps with my schedule since I am a nurse and work long hours. They help me keep my dogs groomed beautifully, since they will take my dogs according to MY work hours. My dogs, Molly and Belle smell so good, and they look so pretty - well groomed -the way they should when I pick them up. the groomers take their time and make the dogs look Great... very proud of their work...I love taking my dogs to PawPurri. They wag their tails and love going there too... they run up the ramp just to go to the SPA. Cute sweaters and jackets too in the boutique. Pros: Very good with my dogs, sweet people Cons: none! more

Hi everyone. My namw iss Candy and my husband, Tracy, and I were told by a friend to take our Jack Russell, Coco to Paw Purri. His first experience was great. He came home smelling wonderful and he seemed so happy. We just got two new puppies and took them to Paw Purri. When my husband brought them home after their appts. I was so pleased with their haircuts. Thanks for the awesome job. I would not take them anywhere else. I have never been so pleased with a groomer. If you want your animals to come home happy and beautifully groomed take them to Paw Purri. They are great. Thanks again! Pros: My puppies come home so happy. Cons: N/A more

I used to take my dog elsewhere and finally found a groomer who will listen to my preferences for my dog's haircut. Lucy looked the prettiest she has ever looked in 6 years, after she left PawPurri. She seemed very happy! When I walk her at the market on Saturdays, she gets so many compliments. I love PawPurri - they are friendly and very good with dogs!!
