I used to bring my dog into PawPurri. I called to make an appointment and I was fit in and told they could have my dog done before I had to go to work. I could have waited but I'd rather get it done sooner. Here came the time for me to go to work and Sullivan wasn't ready. I came by to get him because they would be closed long before I got off of work. Suzanne, who was hysterical over the phone, told me I could not take my dog. My first problem. I told her I had to take him and he could be finished tomorrow. She said, again, that I could not take my dog. I was simply getting annoyed and just asked for my dog. Suddenly, she pushed through her employees, in tears, and grabbed my dog. She stood in front of me and told me AGAIN that I could not have my dog. I know that I was wrong when I raised my voice, but I had to go to work immediately and I did not have time to hassle with her over MY dog. Eventually, I just left with her wailing behind me. The only reason I have 2 stars is because the young guy and girl that worked there were very polite and were going to get my dog with no question. Very professional. As for the owner, she is very unprofessional, all-over-the-place, hysterical, and inappropriate. I'm very disappoint because a paying customer should NEVER be screamed at and told what to do with their dog. I've heard many people tell me she was a tad over-board, but it has definitely been confirmed.
