Best Pawn Shop in the Kent Area 8/5/2010

I absolutely love Pawn Express! I was initially impressed by the level of customer service I received just in calling to ask if something was in stock. They not only checked for me, they checked prices as well.\r \r I had a very pleasant experience in their store. I found that it was clean and well-organized, and the staff was extremely friendly. I walked out with a Nintendo 64 console, 3 controllers and a game for less than $80. This is significantly better than I was expecting. They also have more games and accessories for the N64 than any other business I found in the Kent-Covington-Maple Valley area.\r \r When I found that one of the controllers was not working right, I took it back the next day and exchanged it very quickly. They remembered me, and did not even question the exchange, though I was prepared to show the photos I had taken.\r \r Overall, I could not be more impressed with Pawn Express and the lovely girls who work there. more

A delightful place 11/17/2008

Last week I discovered the Pawn Express after 17 years on Kent East Hill.\r I would have never entered a pawn shop had it not been suggested by a trustied friend,\r Q.C. lives on Mars and should sell his stuff on line, if what he wants is the most money.\r The shop is in a well known and respectable business area frequented by hundreds of people every day. It is well light and clean, not smokey and smelly, and there are no tattooed guys behind the counter.\r Instead you find yourself in front of a friendly, lovely looking owner and her skilled and knowledgeable helpers.\r They have a variety of items. The quality of their jewelry is extremely good and all their prices outstanding.\r They are willing to show you everything they have and smile while they are doing it.\r It takes a fool not to recognize something good when he comes across it.\r A.W. more

Horrible!! 11/5/2008

This pawn shop is horrible!! They offer you the absolute lowest price for loans and they are not out to help people. Looking for loans or looking to sell thing. They have themselves in mind no one else. I was offered 80$ for a 32 gb ipod touch. Then I went to a pawn shop down on benson a little north and got 250$. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Do not pawn anything here unless your a women. They treat women a lot better. more

Pawn express is the best pawn shop in town. The store is well lit and organized. The products are higher end quality and in good shape. The employees are friendly and will help you find what you are looking for. Stop in and check them out. more

Clean Store, Friendly Staff 7/29/2005

I highly recommmend Pawn Express for many different items to many different people. They aren't like the other pawn shops as their store is clean and well lit. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The selection of goods that they carry is quite large for a small building. The prices are also very reasonable. more
