Most of my employees leave gracefully and on good terms. Some leave on under less than favorable circumstances, on bad terms and disgruntled. You can read a previous review and make you own determination which category the employee mentioned falls in. We encourage anyone to tour our facility at any time no appointment necessary. I am proud of the business we have built and I am proud of the professional staff we have put together and we welcome any visitors at any time. The owner will lie to your face and will instruct his employees to do so as well. There have been multiple occasions where dogs have been injured and the owner has covered up the real reasons to avoid being liable for cost of vet bills. He has 120 lb German Shepherd who is very aggressive and has caused multiple injuries to several different dogs. Dogs have DIED at this facility has a direct result of employee negligence. And Gary, the owner, lied about the circumstances surrounding the deaths. The customers were still held responsible for any charges incurred while their dogs were there. When the customers requested footage of the incidents leading to their dogs deaths or injuries, the owner filtered through the footage and only provided what he thought would back up his stories and intentionally held back any footage showing the actual incident. more
