We love Paw Pals in Franklin. Our dog has been a weekly attendee for 8+ years. Darryl and his staff are great. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a dog daycare facility. more

For Daycare & Boarding, Paw Pals rocks! I used to feel bad leaving my pooch alone while I was at work. We are huge fans of Darryl and his team. I usually just take my dog to the most convenient place, but not anymore after going to Paw Pals. I had to leave town on business unexpectedly and was expecting just to be able to take my dog into the nearest place and do what I had to do. At the time my dog had an ear infection. The place that usually took care of my dog said no outright, then they said they would take care of her for additional $20 a day. I called Paw Pals and not only did they take my dog gladly, they administered her ear medication and took her to the nearby vet for a checkup at no additional cost to me, except for the vet charge that I would have had to pay anyways. It's refreshing to know that some people still appreciate my business in this economy. more

We have been boarding our dogs at Paw Pals for 6 years and we can't recommend them highly enough! I wish I could give them 10 stars! Before going to Paw Pals, we tried traditional boarding at several kennels and the dogs always came home with "kennel craze", you know, kind of freaked out for a couple days. Now, when our dogs come home from "vacation" at Paw Pals, they are happy and exhausted from playing with all the other dogs. I've recommended Paw Pals to many friends and the ones who give them a try always go back. The owner, Darryl, and all the employees take personal interest in our dogs and know all the dogs at their facility by name. The staff treats all the dogs as if they are their own personal pets. They're also able to accommodate special situations, administer medicine, etc. The facility is amazing and they are constantly improving it. There are huge indoor and outdoor spaces for the dogs. And when it's nice out, they put out kiddie-pools for the dogs to play in! It's like sending our dogs to puppy-camp! Paw Pals is one of the rare businesses I can wholeheartedly recommend without reservation. more

Paw Pals always offers a superior level of service. My dog Frank always comes home happy and tired and with lots of new friends that he can't wait to reunite with the next time he goes to Paw Pals... I've been doing to Paw Pals since it first opened. The staff are wonderful. It's always great when Daryl comes out and meets the girls. He knows their personalities and what they like, and I don't go there everyday. I won't leave my 2 husky mixes anywhere. I used to live close by, but have since moved to Wilson county, and I make the long trek to leave my girls in good hands. They never come back home injured or neglected, as I've had problems with other boarders in the past. My girls see the complex on their radar and are ready to jump out and run to the door. They don't look back. They play all day, then at night sleep in their own kennels. I don't see how someone could ever put their companions in caged boarding for more than one night. When I checked out Paw Pals for my dog, Honey, I was impressed with the huge indoor AND outdoor play areas. The staff was very hands on and knew each dog like teachers know their students. The dogs were happily playing and just having a ball! I now take Honey to Paw Pals 4 ? 5 days a week. She loves playing with her Paw Pals buddies and when I take her home she is ready to relax. I no longer feel guilty when I go out of town because I board Honey at Paw Pals. She is not cooped up in a Kennel ? she is playing her heart out and is ready for a good night sleep when the day is over. When I take her to Paw Pals she can?t wait to get out of the car! The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We are so fortunate to have such a unique place like Paw Pals in our area! Paw Pals is the best dog day care ever. I have a three year old Malamute, and work a full week. It is so hard for me to get him the exersice he needs. I found Paw Pals through a friend, and I have started taking him there for the day while I am at work. Best decision ever! Paw Pals is a dog day care, which means you drop off your dog and come pick him up at the the end of the day. There are a bunch of other dogs there, of all sizes, that can play together all day. When my dog come home, he is asleep for the night. The owners are incredibly friendly, and have an extensive amount of dog knowledge.
