My husband has been going to him for years! Great guy, very informative, listens and answers all your questions. Takes the time to know his patients. Would refer him. more

Pavillion Family Physicians 9/24/2008

Dr. Kritz is great - he is the only one we have seen from this whole group of Dr's. Sometimes you have to wait a long time to get in. The nurses are nice. more

Best Doctor Ever 3/3/2007

Although the front office is rude the doctor is really good. Really friendly and he has helped me out a lot. The waiting it takes forever even if you get there early you still have to wait for about 45 minutes. The front office just needs to calm down and stop acting all rude because the customer is always right and treat him/her with respect as well as you would like to be treated. more

Great Doctor! 3/15/2006

Dr. Kritz is friendly and thoughtful. I did not feel rushed as I do with some doctors in the past. The front office staff is average and could be friendlier. The wait time was terrible. My appointment was at 10am and since I was a new patient I was told to get there at 9:45am to fill out paperwork. I showed up at 9:40am and had my paperwork in by 9:50am. I was called to the back at 10:30am and the doctor walked in at 10:50am. I was back in my car at 11am. Pros: Friendly Doctor, Thoughtful Doctor, Friendly Nurse Cons: Bad Parking, Cranky Front Office, Long Wait more
