Pavilions

The content of this store is good, I can't complain there. The service on the other hand is intolerable! I live nearby and unfortunately it's the only grocery store within a 5 mile radius so I end up going there sometimes if in a hurry. This store is ALWAYS busy, especially when the snowbirds are here. Somehow though, the store cannot figure it out with their staff. I've been to the deli at least 5 times and had to wait 15+ minutes just to get deli meat because the lady is very slow or just isn't there. The checkout lines are the most ridiculous. Not only are most of the checkers slow, but there are only 2 at a time ever! They're always calling for back-up because the 2 lines are clear into the produce section, but nobody ever comes to help! I just can't stand to go there anymore because I know I won't be in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. more

Honestly, the actual store is pretty good, clean and well stocked (except they often have no prepared garlic bread, not even Sara Lee). They have the best wine selection and prices in the valley. BUT, it always takes longer to check out than it does to shop...REALLY!!!! The checkers are slow, slow, slow. Often talking to one and other and distracted...even the supervisors don't know the codes to product...and there are few baggers...I bag my own most of the time. This could be a great store with a little more staff and better employee attitudes. Hey guys, you are suppose to be there for us, not the other way around. more

I work down the street from Pavilions and went there for lunch. The ladies at the Deli Counter (where they sell sandwiches) cannot handle pressure, they were yelling at each other and all the people waiting had to listen to their bickering. Very bad food, you're better off going to subway or quiznos for a sandwich. Food was terrible!! The employees were also very rude and unprofessional. definitely a waste of $8.49. do not get the panini with turkey and swiss cheese, it is made with regular sandwich bread and it is overly toasted. more
