I was recommended to Dr. Pausa's office when my oldest daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed. From my first phone call, I was put at ease by a very personable, knowledgeable front office person that assisted me with the appointment, my insurance coverage, and my expected out of pocket. My daughter liked the docter and the staff, which put us both at ease during an unfamiliar process. I have since taken my other three children there and he is treating me for dental implants! I have never had a bad experience. Everything operates smoothly and the staff seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and have fun working together. It really makes a difference and their attitudes and personalities carry over to the experience the patient has in the office. I would very highly recommend giving their office a call if you need an oral surgeon. The doctor is tops and the staff makes you feel welcome. 5 stars!!
