my dryer was not heating properly i called pauls service we discussed a few things paul came out check the dryer and foud that the gas valve coils we failing changed the coils and working like new again. more

I called pauls service and ask him if he woild go over to my rental house and hook up the washer for the tenant. Paul said we do that type of work he went over to the rental unit hook up the washer and hauled the old one away. I talk to my tenant afterwards they said paul was very professional nice to deal with somebody like paul. Pros: good service more

My washer started acting strange, overflowing, running all the programs, not spinning, then not filling. Called Paul after calling another service company which never even gave me an ETA. Paul told me he would be here between 3 and 5, showed up exactly at 3 and fixed my washer right away. He even stayed through a whole wash cycle to make sure it works perfectly. Which it did. He explained what was wrong and showed me how to fix it should it happen again! I would recommend him to anybody and call him again if need be. Thank you Paul! I had paul's service fix my dryer a while back and just last saturday my washer broke. I called paul because last time service was fast and friendly. Paul came out monday morning fix the washer and was very pleased with the service. If you washer and dryer is broken call paul cant go wrong. more

Hi I called paul's service because the washer at my rental property was leaking water. Paul told me it could be a few things i had him come out and it turned out to be a hose that had a hole in. Paul was honest and nice pleasure to deal and had the part and his service truck. more

My kenmore dryer would cycle for a few minutes then stop. I called paul explanied to him what was going on. Paul came over check the dryer out and found a sensor was bad. Paul wanted me to use the dryer for a day or so before i paid him. I thought this was nice Great service and honesty hard to find that these days. more

Wow! Washer was full of water and quit..... wouldn't drain and wouldn't spin. On the phone, I was told it could be a pump or a motor.....I was prepared to spend quite a bit. When he arrived (exactly on time), within 30 seconds he announced it was a broken lid switch, and within a half hour he had the switch replaced and the washer tested. Great service, and didn't try to push unnecessary expense. I'm passing out his number to everyone I know! more

I just got home from a road trip went to due laundry and the clothes came out wet. I went on line made a few phone calls and found paul's service. I talk to paul explained to him what the problem was paul thought it could be a water pump or belts. Paul came out on a sunday and repaired the washer the belts were bad all is good now. more

I called Mr. Appliance and they were more worried about their $65 diagnositic fee than fixing my washer and couldn't get to my place for a day or 2. So I said i would call them back, i found Paul on City Search with great reviews and when i called him he said he would come first thing in the morning. He arrived on time and was very nice guy, he said it would be $300 for a new transmission but he had a used one and could install it for $150. I agreed and he came back at the same time the next morning with the transmission in hand, after taking it all apart he found the hollow tube stuck and thought the repair would be alot more expensive if that needed replacement and recommended i should just buy a refurbished macine cause it would be cheaper. But he still didn't give up, he inspected more and said he thought something may be stuck between the tubs and ended up finding a nail there! He got it out and saved me money, only had to pay labor, $100 later my washer was working again like new. Very nice guy and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Thanks Paul!! My washer stop working sunday afternoon so i called paul's service. Paul told me it could be a few different things. He offered to come out on a sunday to do the repair. Turns out that the lid switch was broken. Paul did the repair and everthing is working, there was no extra charge for a sunday service call. Nice company to deal with. more

I called sears to have my washer repaird they came out and told me that the transmisson was bad and it was going to be $300.00 or so i said thank you i will call back. I found paul's service paul cane out and said the coupler was broken and it was a normal part failure. I had paul repair the washer and all is good. more

My washer was leaking water. Paul came over and check it and fourd that the outter tub had a hole. So instead of buying a new washer i purchased a recondtioned washer from paul the washer looks great and works great. Very happy with the service and the washer. more

My kitchen aid washer would not spin. Paul came out and told me that motor was bad and gave two option to replace the motor or to replace the washer. I decided to replace the motor because i had the matching dryer. Paul tried to a used motor but this washer takes a special motor. Paul came back first thing friday morning and installed the motor and the washer is working like new agian. Thank you for being so honest and helpful. Paul really knows his job well. more

My maytag washer was noisy and spinning slow. I called paul's service and explained to him what the problem was paul told me that the belts were probably bad. I had paul come out and take a look at the belts and they were done. Paul installed a new set of belts he only uses factory replace parts the washer is working perfect the service was fast and professional. more

I emailed paul about our broken g.e. washer he called within with two hours which was nice. I had him come out and repair the washer its was not draining. The water pump and hose were plugged up paul repaired the washer and did not try to sell me any parts. I would call paul if you washer and dryer are broken very nice to do business with. more

I just bought a new condo and I went to use to washing machine monday morning and it did not work. So I called g.e. to see what the turn around for service would be and they said within 5 days i could not wait that long so I called paul and he came over the same day and check the washer out and found that the water pump was not pluged in.
