My front load washer would not drain the water. i searched and found Pauls washer and dryer repair he said could be a clogged filter or bad pump, Paul came out today and found that the filter was clogged and did not try to sell me a new pump. Gave me suggestions how to keep the washer working well. Just wanted to say thanks for the service. Shira las vegas valley. more

Called Paul and asked him about my GE top load washing machine, model WHRE5550K. Problem was, it was filling and draining, but not spinning/agitating. He informed me he dealt with this problem a lot and advised me on what actions to take. FOR FREE. I will definitely call this man again if another one of my appliances breaks and will gladly pay for his company's services. more

Maytag Neptune. I dont usually write reviews, but after reading reviews & talking to Paul's I had too. These guys are very smart & know their stuff. When I called they knew exactly what was wrong & instead of coming out & charging me money to try fixing it, he said I was better off buying a new one. Also told me about a how Maytag was in a law suit & that I might be one of the victims. Something I'm looking into. I really like the honestly of this company & will be referring them to everyone. We need more honest companies, like this one. more

Whirlpool washer repair mountains edge. My washer was leaking water. I found Paul's washer & dryer repair and called Paul said on this washer most common is the water pump paul was rite. Installed a new pump and washer is good to go. Thanks for the great service. more

Awesome service my washer and dryer would not work. Paul came out inspected the washer and he had to order a part. The dryer was repaired on the first visit. Paul came back Saturday when promised. Paul repaired the washer and i am back to doing laundry. Beck from East Side of Vegas more

After 13 yrs of service my maytag dryer was noisy. I contacted. Pauls Washer & Dryer Service Paul said it was probably the belt ideler or drum supports. We have been using Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair for several years. Paul always shows up in a very timely manner and provides excellent customer service. Last week our dryer was not blowing any heat and Paul came out, replaced the parts and cleaned out a screen full of change and bobby pins that I was unable to access. We highly recommend Paul! more

My washing machine stopped working. I called Paul and left a voicemail; he returned my call right away. He was very courteous and professional. Paul fixed my washing machine and I am back to doing laundry. His rate was very reasonable, especially compared to others who wanted to charge me anywhere from $70 to $140 just to come out and give me an estimate. Thank God I found Paul's information on Citysearch. I couldn't afford to buy another washer. I highly recommend Paul. more

I saw all these good reviews on here so I called these people on Tuesday because my washer was full of water & wouldn't drain. I got an answering machine so I left a message. They never called back. Called again on Wednesday. Left another message. They never called back. Finally had to call someone else. I wish I could say I had the same good experience with these people that other people say they've had but I can't. Maybe, they have so much business that they don't want more customers. My advice is call someone else from the start and avoid the aggravation. more

Whirlpool Inglis Electric Dryer Repair. A few days ago my dryer quit during a cycle. It would not start again. I called multiple listings on google/city search and Paul was the only repairman that was able to come 'same day.' He arrived within two hours after he was contacted. When he got to my house it took him about 10 minutes to troubleshoot before he isolated the problem. The dryer had a bad timer. Paul was able to pick up the new part and replace it within the hour. Great attitude, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend calling Paul for any washer/dryer discrepancies. Five stars. Plus, he threw in a military discount. It's always nice to meet someone who appreciates service members. Thanks for the great work Paul. more

Washer repair Rhodes Ranch 5/3/2012

Our whirlpool washer would not drain or spin. I contacted Pauls Service. Paul said it could be a couple of things paul came out turned out that the lid switch was bad. Paul installed a new lid switch & we are back to doing laundry. Thanks Paul more

My kenmore dryer was taking too long to dry. I called paul on saturday and said it could be a few things. Paul offered to come out sunday morning which is nice he found two problems with dryer & now the dryer is working like new . more

Front load kenmore dryer 10/19/2011

My front load kenmore dryer was not heating properly. I called pauls service explained to paul what the problem was. Paul said probably the gas valve coils were bad. Paul came out today delinted the dryer removed some coins from one of the drum baffles & installed new gas valve coils. I did a few loads of laundry and all is good. more

kenmore dryer repair 6/21/2010

Our kenmore would not heat called paul's service explained what the problem was, paul came out and he was correct the thermostates were bad. The dryer is working like new again. Pros: great service Cons: nothing more
