I got locked out of my car one day in the parking lot at the mall. After calling this company back multiple times I finally got someone to come out to my car. The wait was very, very long. They told me on the phone it would be 20 minutes and it turned into an hour and a half. The locksmith scratched up the interior of my car, and the price is through the roof. more

Pauls safe and lock has been around forever. I've been in there at least 20 times and have always felt they went out of their way to help me and sometimes don't even charge me if its someting simple. more
