They Aim to Please! 11/26/2011

I have had several experiences with this body shop. The work is done over and over again until they get it right. This made me uneasy though. I for the life of me can't figure out why body shops don't HIRE A WOMAN to look at the finished product. Women tend to look at details. If body shops did this, it would save them the trouble of having to do it over once the customer sees the repair is not exactly right. Pros: null Cons: null more

From the moment I walked into Paul's Body And Paint Shop, Inc., to the time my car was finished, I received the best customer service I've ever experienced. I honestly felt like I was treated like a member of the family there. They were great at checking in with me throughout the entire process. They even followed up with a phone call a week later to make sure I was still happy with the results, which of course I was. I have been totally satisfied with my treatment there, and my car looks fantastic. I highly recommend their services. more

I dropped my truck off at Paul's Body and Paint Shop, and they were really nice and courteous. They did the repairs and called me to tell me it was ready. I went, picked it up, and they were nice and courteous again. They did a good job. Nothing is ever perfect, but they did a really fine job and I would recommend them. I would go back. I had a blowout on the right rear tire on my truck, and it dented up the bed side pretty bad. They repaired the dents, painted it, and got me a new rim and tire. The rim had been tore up. They put it all together. They are good people and did a fine job. They were really courteous. I will tell anybody to go and see them if they have an accident. more

Very personable people. 11/10/2010

We've had body work done with Paul's Body and Paint Shop from where we've hit a deer and we've also had several windshields replaced. The service keeps us coming back. They're so personable there. When you go in or call, they know who you are. They're just very personable people. Their workmanship is great too. They do what they say they're going to do, and there's never a problem after you pick up your car. more

Excellent body shop 5/2/2007

No, you won't find it easily as it is in an out-of-the-way part of town, but they have a fairly long history in Montgomery. The paint job was good quality at a reasonable price that was significantly lower than the other body shops I canvassed. Ronnie was great at returning calls and communicating with. The car looked new by the time they were done. more

They stink! 4/27/2007

My sister and I, at separate times, wrecked our cars and our insurance company directed us to Paul's Body & Paint Shop. Both my sister and I were so disappointed when we got our car back. I had a new dent in an area that was not affected by the wreck, and my door wouldn't close. My sister's hatchback was broken. I will never set foot in there again! more

Pauls Body and Paint Shop 4/12/2007

Paul's is the best in town! We have used them numerous times for body repairs due to accidents. They are very professional and really care about pleasing their customers. The manager there is great and has gone above and beyond in helping out with our last vehicle. more

Good work, fair price, but busy 12/21/2006

I've used Paul's on two occasions. Both were metallic clear coat paint repairs. I had a problem with the first one which they quickly rectified, and the second one was perfect. Recommended. more
