Service is great! Friendly and helpful staff. Paul is an amazing tech and is willing to do everything he can to help with any issue with a car. Paul is still currently helping me figure out a certain issue with my car and it's just warming to know somebody cares about my car as much as I do. I DEFFINATELY recommend this business to those who are worried about taking their car to the shop for the first time because for one they're very nice people and secondly they want to make your car run just as good as you do. more

I took my car into the shop for repairs. They were very friendly and helpful. They fixed my car quickly and got the car back on the road. I would absolutely come back with my other cars. more

Excellent service, dependable and trustworthy 7/1/2016

As a single female, I believe car maintenance in general is more difficult with an older vehicle; to keep up on and to find a trustworthy mechanic. I strongly recommend Paul's Automotive!! He is a good communicator and (I believe) has my best interests AND safety at heart. more

Personalized honest service, with a staff of incredibly nice people. 5/9/2016

I had some minor service done, and my wife had a larger job done here. We were treated with respect and smiles each time, and received phone calls about our progress. They even recommended a cheaper part that we didn't know existed instead of just throwing the more expensive one onto the bill. Great Place. more

Nice friendly owner and staff. Explained in detail what needed to be done + charges and when vehicle would be ready for pick up. 4/27/2016

Vehicle was ready as stated. I was pleased that the owner took time to explain other recommendations of repairs that will need to be done in the near future. I had an issue with a tire, which he does not service; however, he recommended a place that I am well pleased with the service there. more

Car whisper 4/7/2016

My mountaineer was almost dead at one time but after I took it to Paul and he brought her back to life! I just took her in for her Frist check up since he saved her and she had a clean bill of health. Now on to the next wellness service, and at least I have a plan of action to keep her on the road for the next 100,000 miles! more

On many occasions before I stated how awesome the service at Paul's is. I cannot stress enough that I would never take any of my vehicles to anyone else ever again. i completely trust that Paul will do what is necessary to keep my vehicles in the best condition possible without overcharging or repairing something that is not broken. more
