Whenever I find myself traveling into the Chicago area, I pack the car with a couple coolers in order to take some treats home. One of the stops for that purpose is Paulina Market. There we get German sausage for my Dad, and Kielbasa for Mom and my son likes to load up a supply of the thin, spicy hunter sausages. This is also the place where we first discovered Kasia's Pierogis in the freezer section, but now we usually make a stop at Kasia's too. Paulina Market is meat market heaven, especially for sausages! more
