Find another agent!! This guy, and his staff don't know what they are doing. I hate the way they always make you wait and wait and wait on the phone and then they answer and they make you feel like they are making you a favor when it's ME giving them the buisness!! I moved my policy to the other agent in Hillsboro....bottom line agent is LOST and staff are clueless especially the older one. She thinks she owns the agency... more

Excellent Customer Service, Available at a moment's notice 12/27/2010

Paul and his office staff have always been nothing but helpful to me. I consider myself a fairly needs insured, and usually call his office once a month to make sure my coverage is up to date and I am not paying more than I should be. His staff members always assist me with my needs and do it with a smile on their face. I'll be with State Farm for life solely due to the positive experience I've had with Paul. more

Paul is the best. 12/27/2010

Paul is not afraid to do the leg work it takes to get a claim from start to finish. He never is too busy to answer even the smallest question and there is never a problem doing business with him. He has the integrity to be my insurance man for years to come. I recommend him to all my friends, and most of them insure with this company. more

Excellent Customer Service 12/27/2010

Great insurance company with friendly employees. If you want the best insurance possible with reasonable prices make your way to this agent. He is knowledgeable with over 30 years in the business. I haven’t had one problem with the company since I began buying insurance over 10 years ago. Best insurance agent in Hillsboro! more

This Guy is CLUELESS! 9/27/2010

This guy is pushy and completely dense. How many times are you going to call someone before you realize that by now we are probably sick of dealing with you and have found a better agent down the road who doesn't consistently hassle us. For two months this guy called at least 2 dozen times, sent us mail, and was repeatedley told to not call us and still he does. Go be pathetic somewhere else, and leave us alone!!!! more
