Excellent service, very nice people to deal with.\r \r I dropped my cell phone in my toilet and flushed it. It was caught inside. (I wasn't sure what had happened, but when my wife dialed my cell phone number, the toilet vibrated.) After I called up Vogel Plumbing (and Barb stopped laughing), they dispatched a plumber on a rush basis. He tried to fish it out, but it was caught in the toilet trap (. . . fortunately! . . . if it had gone down the drain pipe, I would have had a major probem.)\r \r But the plumber from Vogel calmly removed the toilet off the wax ring and fished out my cell phone. And charged me what I thought was a VERY reasonable rate.\r \r EPILOGUE: There was a happy ending to all this . . . I washed off the cell phone, removed the battery, dried it with a scott towel, packed in a baggie with raw rice, and left it in a warm spot for several hours. When I put the battery back in, it worked just fine! \r P.S. Don't EVER heat a cell phone in an oven to dry it out. more

I was having some problems with the heating ducts in my home over the winter. I called this place to see if they fix my problem. They sent a rep down to evaluate my situation. They provided me within a day a price quote and timetable for the project. I ended up using them and they were very professional. My problem is now fixed thanks to them. more

I used this place once a year to clean out the ventilation shafts in my home. These people do a very quick and thorough job. Everyone I have dealt with is very friendly and really knows what they are doing. Throw in reasonably priced services and these people are as good as they get. more

When you have a clogged toilet, you usually use a plunger to unclog it. However, we had a major clog, so my husband called a plumber. First he called Roto Rooter. However they were rather expensive, so instead we were recommend be a family friend to call Vogel Paul E Plumbing & Heating Inc. We did, and thank goodness we did. The next day, the men were out at their scheduled time, and even before that. They were 10 minutes early. Talk about service! Then they wasted no time getting to work. Pretty soon they had the job done. The men were very nice and knowledgeable on what they were doing. Plus the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Vogel Paul E Plumbing & Heating Inc to anyone with a plumbing problem. more
