I drop in here once in a while to pick up supplies for my junior high classroom. They're not so bad. Clay is more expensive than Capital Ceramics but you don't have to drive all that way. Decent prices and selection on glazes etc. Agreed: it's not as professional and cheap as other places--but there it is, easy to get to and easy to use. more

STUDENTS, TEACHERS, ASPIRING ARTISTS- Save your time & money & DON'T go here. Not only do they lack all sense of customer service, they are also 3 TIMES more expensive than your local University book store or hardware/home improvement store like Lowes/Home Depot. If you are looking for simple supplies (ie: sponges, tools) for your art class (ie: ceramics, pottery) then go somewhere else. Although this is one of the only ceramic specific stores around it's not worth it- they are & will be going out of business soon. You can get everything they offer for 1/3 the price at your local University book store or hardware/home improvement store- trust me, that's what I did & everyone else in class!!! Cons: Messy, EXPENSIVE, terrible customer service, no returns, etc more

I was desperate to get supplies for a ceramics class. I called them after they closed and they told me they were still there and for me to stop by! Very cute store, I definately want to go back soon. more
